No personal accounts, no email. The owner adds the person in the dashboard and gives them a PIN; when they leave, access is switched off with one tap.

Scanner or six digits
The camera catches the customer's QR and frames it. If the camera struggles, your staff type the six digits from the customer's screen.

Rules keep it honest
A pause between stamps, a daily limit per card, an expiry for the reward. The owner sets them; the shift can't bypass them.
What you get in the dashboard
Not «pretty charts» — numbers that show whether the program works:
- Stamps and rewards by day, compared with the previous period
- The share of customers who came back within a month
- Peak hours — when stamps are given most often
- How many rewards were issued and how many expired
- Who on the shift scans and who forgets
- A CSV export by day for your own spreadsheet

Staff app
Runs on a staff phone. The screen stays awake through the shift and the activity feed is right there.
Owner's dashboard
Programs and rules, venues, staff with PINs, statistics and a live feed of visits.
